From the app list. Allow Location, nearby devices / Bluetooth, camera, microphone, and notifications.
Dashboard switch. On the map, tap GPS if it says Tap. You do not need a computer in the house.
A normal update install keeps Evidence. Uninstalling the app wipes the phone copy. iPhone is not ready yet.
